The Private Hotel School offers limited accommodation for a maximum of 16 students at the PHS Private Residence 1.

Situated in a peaceful corner of the University town of Stellenbosch, in the centre of the beautiful wine route of the Western Cape. It is a 10 minute walk to the Lanzerac Hotel & Spa, famous for its cuisine.

The house consists of 4 sections. Each section has a communal kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There are 4 rooms per section sharing these facilities.

We also have available a laundry room where students can wash and iron their clothing.

The prices for the different units range from R1,680, R2,016 to R2,352 per month, where such costs include water and electricity. The Private Hotel School reserves the right to change, with or without notice, these rates as it deems necessary.
