Advanced Certificate in International CULINARY ARTS, AHA Certification
Introduction: This programme is ideal for those who wish to build a new career, or those who want to obtain an international qualification to fast track their career in the food service industry. The Advanced Certificate in International Culinary Arts equips participants with the fundamentals of cooking and baking, covering the basic principles, procedures and techniques in the preparation of different types of food. The programme offers students a balance of knowledge and practical skills, built on a foundation of strong work ethics, positive attitude and values. An eight week internship offers students the opportunity to integrate professional development with theoretical knowledge.
